Dec. 1, 2024- Feb. 28, 2025– Open Schedule period to bring Blues is the Backbone K-3rd grade music education program to your school for Spring semester 2025. Blues is the Backbone is an education program created by Roots of American Music. Collaborating with our Teaching Artists they follow a curriculum aligned with Ohio Core education standards, then add their own creativity and musicality for kindergarten through 3rd grade students. Our music education program reinforces language arts, music & social emotional learning standards.
During 2023-24 we served 32 classes, and 705 K-3 grade students.
